Students have the opportunity to utilize technology both in and outside the classroom:
  • Classes have a minimum of five student computers.
  • Classes and can also utilize two computer labs.
  • Classes can check out new technologies such as I-Devices and Polling Devices.
     
 

The ITF is a new role for Edgewood ISD, and emphasizes the importance of the classroom teacher. The classroom teacher is the most important factor in student achievement, and the ITF will help teachers use technology to promote higher-level thinking in their everyday instruction.
