About Ms. Calamaco
(pronounced Ca/la/ma/co)

 A little bit about me:

Ms. Calamaco can often be found rock climbing, painting still life, kayaking or preparing for a chess tournament on the weekends. Hmmm...okay, maybe she needs to focus less on her alter ego and more on her teaching! In the real world, Ms. Calamaco can be found getting lost in books, spending a lot of time studying, checking out new ideas to help her students learn and frequenting any establishment that offers caffeine.
Ms. Calamaco grew up in San Antonio, attended Our Lady of the Lake University where she received her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood and is currently working on her Masters degree at UTSA. She has been teaching for five years at Stafford ECC and has a passion for what she does. She enjoys working with young children and writing about herself in the third person. Her ultimate goal is to collaborate with both parent and child, to ensure academic and social-emotional success.
