I graduated from Memorial High School in 1971.  I received my Bachelors of Journalism Degree from University of Texas at Austin with teaching certificates in English, Journalism and English As A Second Language.   I received my Master of Fine Arts in Educational Leadership from University of Texas at San Antonio. 
 
 I have been with the Edgewood Independent School District since 1992.  I have been a teacher,  Department Head of the English Department, Reading Interventionist, Edgewood Independent School District English Curriculum Specialist, High School Instructional Specialist,  Academic Dean, Assistant Principal and Vice Principal. 
 
I love Memorial High School students and feel privileged to be a part of the Memorial High School faculty and staff.
