Classroom Policies

In addition to the school wide rules:
                                        § Be On Time                  § Be Prepared                
                                        § Be Productive          § Be Respectful

 

In my classroom, please remember:

§      All assignments for a grade must be completed in pencil.
         Notes may be taken in pen.
§      The bathroom pass will not be given out during the first and last 
          10 minutes of class for any reason. There is a five minute time
          limit.
§      Return all borrowed supplies (colored pencils, scissors,
         calculators, etc) to the correct place.
§      I dismiss class, not the bell. The bell schedule is erratic so stay in
         your seats until I say you may leave.

§      I reserve the right to edit and add policies as the year progresses.

 

Special Rules for Dealing with Ms. Kouri

ª      Call me Ms. Kouri or Ms. K. I do not respond to "Miss".

ª      Do not try to talk to me while I am: on the phone, talking to
         someone else, or reading something. This is for your benefit ---
         while I am engaged elsewhere, I will not hear you.

ª      Do not crowd around my desk.
