Mrs. Theresa Fisher was born in Berkeley, California. She graduated from Cypress Fairbanks High School in Houston, Texas.  She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and English at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.  She also earned a certificate in Special Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Mrs. Fisher taught special education classes at Harry S Truman Middle School in Edgewood ISD for 18 years.
