Welcome to my personal website at John F. Kennedy High School. I've been teaching English for eighteen years. I'm an alumnus from the University of Texas at Austin and a veteran of our Armed Forces.
 
My goals for all my students are to appreciate all forms of literature, language, and provide them a solid foundation to complete a college education.
 
As well as educating students, it is my goal to help each one of them enter a college of their choosing and remove all doubt that they cannot achieve more than what they believe. In this age, a college education is the only way this generation as well as our diverse cultures can prosper. 
I expect all of my students to have self-respect as well as respect others. My class is challenging, but it is also rewarding.
